Allegria’s technology will be implemented in e-NGINEER.com to provide online collaborative tools allowing project managers, engineers and architects to meet online and review, discuss and modify plans, drawings and other documents in a virtual environment. e-NGINEER.com is scheduled to launch May 8, 2000 and will offer business-to-business technology and commercial solutions for engineering design, product development, construction and manufacturing.
Additionally, Allegria’s remaining product offerings, including the ForReview family, gXnetPlot, and gXconvert will continue to be marketed through the company’s current distribution channels and through newly created opportunities due to the acquisition. Once the acquisition is complete, the company will operate as a division of netGuru, Inc. and retain the Allegria name.
