Support
Use our HelpLine to get quick and efficient answers
to your problems and "how to" questions. If
you need technical assistance, please do the following
before contacting our HelpLine Desk.
- Read the Highlights document, which provides
an overview of the product that you are using.
- Review the README file, which includes the
most current information on your product.
- Use ForReview's built-in On-line Help system
to review specific commands.
In order to serve you effectively, the technical support
specialist answering the telephone or responding to your
fax or e-mail will need certain information. To
assist them, please be prepared to:
When you are calling, have your computer and program
running.
List the steps you followed prior to the problem occurring.
Write the exact text of any error messages displayed
on your screen.
Be prepared to e-mail or send us the specific file if
you have a problem with
a particular file format.
Have a sample printout available if you are having a
printing problem.
It would be helpful to fax it to us before calling.
Discounts on Product Upgrades
Allegria periodically introduces new releases of its
products that incorporate additional features and capabilities.
The Premier Support program lets registered users

Additional Programs and Services
ForReview API Support
Allegria offers special technical support for API issues
reqarding ForReview. This consulting includes
up to 20 hours yearly of telephone consulting, specifically
designed to help you integrate your applications using
ForReview's API. API support is not included
in standard Premier Support.
Corporate Support
Allegria offers support programs designed exclusively
for corporations with help desks or information centers
that deliver front-line technical support to end users.
This can include 24 hour support if required. Call Allegria

Allegria provides on-site service specialists to help
